Strawberry and Pistachio Tiramisu Recipe

 

  1. Wash and drain the strawberries. Take the green parts and cut them in half with the U Series Fruit Knife.

  2.  Separate the yolk and white of the eggs with the Kitchen Pearl.

  3. Beat the egg yolks with the Modern Peri Wire Whisk in 3 lt of Mixture and add the labneh cheese.

  4.  

     Beat egg whites until snowy in Quick Chef.

  5. Add it by folding it into the egg yolk mixture without deflating it slightly with a Silicone Spatula.

  6. Spread half of the cat tongue biscuits in Alaska 2.25 liters and pour half of the orange juice on it. Spread the chopped strawberries on it and put half of the cream.

  7. Wet the remaining cat tongue biscuits with orange juice, put them on top of the cream and repeat the same process with the strawberries and cream.

  8. Close the lid of Alaska 2.25 lt and leave it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

  9. Chop pistachios in Super Chef and sprinkle over before serving.

    • 30 cat tongue biscuits
    • 50 g pistachios
    • 150 ml of orange juice
